Here are five places to find it:
𝟏.) 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬
Potential new patients, who call, email, or text your office…what happens to them once they contact you? Are they captured quickly and nurtured until they schedule? Or do your HOT LEADS go to some unknown location, grow cold, and die?
𝟐.) 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬
Patients easily fall through the cracks, especially when they miss, no show, or late cancel, and rescheduling doesn't happen at the moment.
